    • Personality: Tries to be zen, with a large curious streak. He views his gifts/ability to help as meant to be shared with others, and that nothing is more important than friends/family (including his old cloister and clan)
    • Mannerisms: Tries to remember his monk training, but occasionally gets carried away by curiosity
    • Likes: Birdwatching (also a form of meditation), exploring, naps, his panpipes. Prefers knowledge over outright treasure
    • Dislikes: The cold, being confined, injustice (especially by bandits), industrialization (when it means hurting nature)
    • Quirks: His tail often betrays his inner thoughts
    • Current Curiosity: A lost civilization
    • Flaws: Now that he's out in the world, he's enjoying it a little -too- much, and wants to experience everything he can (so he can bring back all the knowledge to his cloister eventually, obviously)

  • Abilities

    Feline Agility: With burst of speed you can be allowed to move just with the help of your reflexes and agility. Until the end of the turn you can easily double your speed, but it applicable whenever you move on your turn in the combat. You can use this trait for only once and then you can not use it again until unless you will move to 0 feet on one of your turns.

    Darkvision: Particularly in the dark you have the cat’s keen senses. With this darkvision trait you have an advantage i.e, you can able to see in the dim light within 60 feet of you when if it was bright light and also in the darkness like if it was dim light. But honestly, you can not discern the color in darkness and only shades of the gray.

    Healing Kit: Spend one use of healer's kit, restores 1d4, plus hp equal to creature's max hit dice

  • History

    Originally from The Roaming Dune clan of Tabaxi, the aptly-named clan was nomadic around The Eastern Shaar, close to The Plains of Purple Dust. When disease broke out among the local wildlife, the clan was forced into The Plains to look for food, not wanting to encroach on bandits' territory in the other areas of The Eastern Shaar. Eventually they found their way to Brightstar Lake, where a cloister of the Monks of Eldath helped the starving, bedraggled clan get back on their feet.

    Always curious, Tab was intrigued by their strange customs, clothing, and the strange environment. He quickly made friends there, and when his clan finally decided to move on from the lake, Tab decided to stay with the monks and take up their training which was vastly different from his clan's tribal society.

    He was trained in the ways of the monk, both fighting and the ways of Eldath- don't kill or fight unless you absolutely have to, such as in self-defense, protect the environment, and wherever you go, count all the animals in nature to ensure that the ecological balance is being maintained (for Tab, this usually just means bird-watching....).

    He learned other skills as well, like herbology, medicine, religion, history, and the panpipes. Those around him had mixed feelings about the latter; while Tab himself loved the instrument, his playing wasn't that good (-1 on performance checks...), but given the monks' 'let it be' nature, they never told him to give up the craft since he enjoyed it so much.

    Eventually, through his history and religion-learning as well as his generally curious nature (plus his nomadic clan upbringing), he began to grow curious of the outside world. Venturing outside the cloister even at inopportune times, he started skipping his lessons, and eventually his superiors made a suggestion: go and see the outside world, study it and continue with his training, then bring back knowledge of it to them when he was ready.

    Though Tab was sad to go, he was also excited to see the world outside of the wasteland and desert where he'd grown up, and the monastery by the lake where the cloister was. He agreed, taking his panpipes with him (secretly, the monks were relieved not to hear his playing anymore), and has made the long trek up to Silverymoon via hitchhiking and his own two feet, using his monk-learned skills to get by when he needed coin.
